SembCorp Industries wishes to announce that its dormant wholly-owned subsidiary, Sembawang Leisure Private Limited (“SLPL”) and its inactive wholly-owned subsidiary, Sembawang Engineering Investments Pte Ltd (“SEI”) have been placed under Members’ Voluntary Liquidation. Mr Teo Ban Seng has been appointed the liquidator for SLPL and Mr Robert Yam Mow Lam has been appointed the liquidator for SEI.

The voluntary liquidation of these subsidiaries does not have any material financial impact on SembCorp Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2007.
