Sembcorp Industries (“SCI”) wishes to announce that it has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the British Virgin Island, CSE (BVI) Co, Ltd (“CSE (BVI)”) through its subsidiary, Sembcorp Gulf O&M Co Ltd.
Sembcorp Industries (“SCI”) wishes to announce that it has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in the British Virgin Island, CSE (BVI) Co, Ltd (“CSE (BVI)”) through its subsidiary, Sembcorp Gulf O&M Co Ltd.
The principal activity of CSE (BVI) is investment holding with an issued share capital of US$1 divided into 1 ordinary share.
