SembCorp Industries wishes to announce that its inactive wholly-owned subsidiary, SembCorp International Pte Ltd (“SIPL”) has been placed under Members’ Voluntary Liquidation. Mr Robert Yam Mow Lam has been appointed as the liquidator for SIPL.
SembCorp Industries wishes to announce that its inactive wholly-owned subsidiary, SembCorp International Pte Ltd (“SIPL”) has been placed under Members’ Voluntary Liquidation. Mr Robert Yam Mow Lam has been appointed as the liquidator for SIPL.
The voluntary liquidation of the subsidiary does not have any material financial impact on SembCorp Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2007.
